Aubrey Plaza voices the internet sensation known as Grumpy Cat in this adventure comedy directed by Tim Hill. Grumpy Cat lives in a mall pet shop, always getting passed over for the prettier animals. Fearing that the upcoming Christmas will be just as boring as always, Grumpy Cat gets a surprise when 12-year-old Chrystal (Megan Charpentier) chooses her as her new pet. When Chrystal realises that Grumpy Cat can talk, the pair embark on adventures that see them rescuing a kidnapped dog, getting stuck inside the mall on Christmas Eve and, eventually, learning the true meaning of Christmas.
