First collection of episodes from the children's animation following the adventures of a pair of twins responsible for keeping the Tickety Toc Clock running. Tommy (voice of Toby Ross Ralph) and his sister Talullah (Ruby Love) are responsible for ensuring that 'chime time' - the striking of the clock to mark the passing of an hour - occurs on schedule, but things are rarely straightforward in the world behind the face of the clock.
